Our fully comprehensive rental service aims to offer a professional, personalised service to our clients in finding a tenant to suit their investment.

Our extensive exposure, excellent public image and service of the highest standard ensures you get the very best for your rental needs and we are committed to offer the following service:

Assessment of the relevant property and determining the optimum possible rental return.
Securing a suitable tenant, with due regard to the landlord's required tenant mix by way of the relevant advertising mediums and through our extensive international and national referral network.
Our screening process includes the relevant credit bureau check, obtaining references from previous landlords and, if applicable, obtaining bank references, references and latest payslips.
Taking instructions from the landlord in respect of drafting the relevant agreement of lease, with due regard to special conditions. Our Pam Golding Properties Lease agreement is compliant with all rental laws of the country.
Advising the landlord / tenant in respect of obligatory charges, i.e. water, electricity, rates etc.
Depending on the option chosen by the landlord, we administer and inspect the property when necessary.
We send a statement to the landlord on a monthly basis in regard to rental received, and all expenses incurred, advising where necessary of any maintenance/repairs required.
Advise the landlord at expiration of the Agreement of Lease in respect of future suggested rental increases and the securing of new tenants, should this be required.
